Plans and limits
Every organization is on one of three plans: Free, Pro or Ultra. The plan sets how many people and workspaces the organization can have, how much it can run through Collapy's cloud, and which extra features it gets. To see your organization's plan and current usage, open Account → Usage. The account pages are inside the app today and will move to collapy.com later.

Prices
Prices are per seat per month and are shown in the table above. Free costs nothing. Pricing is still a preview and may change.
Plan changes are currently made by contacting Collapy support. Self-service billing isn't available yet, so the Upgrade and Downgrade buttons on Account → Usage only show a message saying so.
Key limits
The numbers for each plan are in the table above. This section explains what each limit means and what happens when you reach it.
Team members (seats)
The number of people the organization can have. Everyone counts, including you and anyone with a pending invitation. When the organization is at its seat limit, you can't invite anyone new. Unlimited in the table means there is no cap.
Workspaces per organization
The number of workspaces the organization can have. Every workspace counts, including your Personal workspace. When the organization is at its limit, you can't create or duplicate a workspace.
Monthly cloud executions
When you send a request from the web app, Collapy sends it for you from its cloud. Each send counts as one cloud execution for the organization that owns the workspace. The count resets at the start of each month (UTC). When the limit is reached, sending from the web app is blocked until the next month.
Stored request history
Collapy keeps a history of the requests you've sent (see Execution history). The limit is the number of entries the organization keeps. When an organization goes over, the oldest entries are removed automatically. This limit never blocks sending.
Ultra-only features
- Change log: the Change Log tab on a request shows who changed it, when, and exactly what changed, with a side-by-side diff.
- Synced workspaces: a workspace that re-imports from an OpenAPI URL whenever you click Sync now or your CI calls the workspace's webhook URL.
- Audit log: Account → Audit Log lists privileged actions in the organization, such as member and workspace changes.
- Multi-environment test runs: run a test scenario against several environments at once. On Free and Pro, a run uses one environment at a time.
On other plans, these features show an upgrade notice instead.
What changes when you change plans
When an organization moves to a bigger plan, the new limits and features apply right away.
When it moves to a smaller plan, nothing you already have is deleted to fit the seat or workspace limits. You just can't add more until you're under them. Some data is trimmed to fit the smaller plan, though. For example, older execution history is removed, and change log entries are removed when leaving Ultra. See Usage and quotas for details.
FAQ
Does the plan belong to me or to my organization?
To the organization. Each organization has its own plan, and your personal organization starts on Free.
Does sending from the desktop app count toward cloud executions?
The desktop app is coming soon. It sends requests straight from your computer, so they aren't blocked by the monthly cloud execution cap. They are still recorded, though, and currently show up in the Monthly cloud executions count. See Web and desktop.
